Return policy

Aïdama has a 14-day return policy. Any item you wish to return must be sent within 14 days of receipt. You will not be required to provide a reason or pay any penalties, except for the cost of returning the item.

If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the following working day.

In the case of free shipping, shipping costs will be applied if the amount of items kept is less than the amount required to apply free shipping. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund.

Return procedure

To return clothing and accessories, return it within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

The garment or item must not have been damaged, worn, worn or washed. It must be returned in the exact condition in which it is found and must be accompanied by all documents and accessories provided as well as a copy of the invoice or any other element allowing the identification of the order.

If the returned item is not suitable for sale, you will not be refunded, but you can have the item returned at your expense.

You will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after the item's return date.
